Chevy EV Models
Electric vehicles are increasingly becoming popular, and Chevy has been engineering some of the best EVs on the market. Whether you want to cut down on emissions, save on fuel or enjoy a better driving experience, look no further than Chevy EV models. We're here to introduce to you the Chevrolet EV lineup and help you familiarize yourself with what Ray Chevrolet will have in-store in the near future.
Chevy Bolt EV
Powered by a 200-horsepower motor, the Chevy Bolt EV is an electric hatchback designed to give users an affordable EV option with comfortable riding and a spacious interior. Its propulsion system nets an EPA-estimated 259 miles of driving range on a single charge. For 2023, Chevy Bolt's price drops by $5900 from its previous model, bringing its MSRP down by $10,900 from 2021 for the same car. Chevy has spruced up the interior cabin providing an upscale design with soft-touch surfaces and better materials. On this already highly-affordable electric hatchback, the 2LT trim adds heated leather seats, a heated steering wheel, a 360-degree camera, and driver safety features.
Chevy Bolt EUV
Slightly larger than the Bolt EV, the Chevy Bolt EUV is a battery-subcompact crossover SUV designed to offer slightly more space. There are two trim levels: the LT, starting at $28,195, and the Premier, at $32,695. The Premier gives you plenty of upgrades that justify the spending, including power-adjustable front seats with heat and ventilation, leather upholstery, and many advanced safety technologies. The EUV offers a 200-horsepower electric motor and 247 miles of driving range. It's longer, taller, and wider than the Bolt EV hatchback.
Chevy Silverado EV
Chevrolet introduces a newly engineered version of the iconic Silverado: the Silverado EV , an electric pickup truck that delivers utmost efficiency and all the perks you'd expect. The new Chevy model is built on Ultium, General Motors' new battery platform that encourages more flexibility and power. There are two electric motors on the Chevrolet Silverado EV, each producing 660 horsepower and 780 pound-feet of torque. GM estimates the Silverado EV will travel 400 miles on a full charge. Super Cruise allows you to drive hands-free on over 200,000 miles of supported roads.
Chevy Blazer EV
With an impressive range, sleek design, and multiple charging options, the Chevy Blazer EV has everything you need in an electric SUV. There are four trims available: a 1LT, which has a range of 247 miles, and a 2LT, which has a range of 293 miles. RS models come with a sportier trim and a choice of FWD or RWD (for more power), with a range of up to 320 miles. In the SS, performance AWD is standard, and the largest battery offers 557 horsepower and 648 pound-feet of torque. From the exterior, Blazer EV SUV features sculpted lines and fenders mirrored by bulging wheel arches. Inside is an 11-inch instrument panel display and a 17.7-inch infotainment screen.
Chevy Equinox EV
Despite sharing a nameplate with the Equinox that Chevy drivers know and love, the 2024 Chevy Equinox EV is built on an entirely new platform. Compared to the outgoing Equinox, the 2024 Equinox EV offers a much more athletic stance and sculpted frame. It'll likely have all-wheel drive, meaning it will have at least two electric motors. Furthermore, the starting price for the LT trim is expected to be close to $30,000, making it extremely accessible. The new Chevy Equinox EV will likely offer more horsepower and torque than the 200-horsepower Bolt EV.
