However, the 2021 Tahoe has a new available diesel 3.0-liter six cylinder engine to it’s arsenal. This heavy duty vehicle comes with 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. This four-wheel drive comes with auto stop/start technology and cylinder deactivation for better fuel efficiency. Truly, the Tahoe has come back with a larger V8 torque and improved fuel economy.
For those that drive cross-country, the Z71 model is off-road oriented and receives two speed transfers along with 20-inch all-terrain tires and superior under-body protection. This car is adaptable to any environment. It has an adjustable air suspension where drivers can adjust their riding height to be high or lower. The features improve passenger accessibility, ground clearance and aerodynamics.
