Chevrolet Tweaks the 2019 Colorado with New Trim Packages

Chevrolet debuted the Colorado back in 2015, and since then almost half a million pickup trucks have been sold! To commemorate this great achievement, the automaker is offering their 2019 Colorado pickup truck with two brand new packages.

The first new package is the Z71 Trail Runner. The 2019 Chevy Colorado Z71 Trail Runner is made to be driven off road. This package includes the ZR2’s stamped aluminum skid plates, as well as rock protection rails. Although the regular Z71’s locking rear differential and suspension remain, this mid-size pickup gets a brand new grille. The standard chromed grille is replaced with the Bison’s blacked-out grille design.

Conversely, the 2019 Chevy Colorado’s RST package includes many aesthetically pleasing elements. For instance, this package comes with a monochromatic exterior. The RST also includes 20-inch wheels, making this the first out of all the Colorado’s. Additionally, the 2019 Chevy Colorado RST is available on the LT trim. This package also includes the Bison grille, but it does not offer the new off-road upgrades that are included in the Z71 package. Instead of the Bison, the RST offers a black strip along the lower door moldings, a black bow tie on the tailgate, and a black RST badges.
